it seems i can only order a specific tartan fabric. the stores have nothing MADE in the tartan. does anyone know what i can sew out of this easily? or is there anyone in nj who can help me??

Are you looking for a particular clan tartan? If so you may wish to look online at various tartan faboric dealers. If you aren't looking for a certain plaid.. then try any number of fabric stores in your area. However.. you can easily find online locations for ordering "made in Scotland" tartans. :-) Good luck!! and Have fun!

You could make cushion cover,s thy are easy,or a throw also easy take a large piece of the fabric and sew a inch hem on all of the four sides,I would love to help you but i live in London,email me if you have a problem.
