Drink nothing but water! Definitely NO soda or fake fruit juices. Eat plenty of vegetable, they are high in water content. Try doing sit ups or jumping jacks at night while watching TV. Good Luck!

Wow that first guy is a douche bag! Anyway, I lost lots of weight, 45 pounds in three months ( Iweighed 170 and now weight 125) by reducing all drinks out of my diet except water and going on a salad diet. IT wasn't starvation and it caused me to get creative, but it worked. I dont eat meat but I always made it very healthy. Always included cheese of some sort and lots of different kinds of veggies. My friend did it with me and she included lots of fish (slamon and what not) and chicken. I definatly suggest a mexican salad (lettuce, black olives, peppers, onion, corn, shredded cheese, and salsa! yummy!). Anyway it's a good start and you will see results in your first week.

it's called exercise...oh wait..that's not a pill..that's you putting down the Little Debbies, getting off the couch and waddling around the block a few times....even if you find some magical pill the weight is just going to come right back...
without exercise your doomed....
fat people are not people that have a problem with food
fat people are people that are LAZY.
people require 60-90 minutes a day of exercise.
Pills...herbs? What a joke.

Ignore everything "Has no name" said. That's very insulting. Just do what everyone is saying...drink lots of water and watch what you eat. I'm right there with ya! Easier said then done!!
