I believe both the two mythological creatures to be equal. I can remember fairy tales with dragons that were very exciting as well as fairy tails with phoenixes.
But above all, both phoenixes and dragons can be found in the Harry Potter book. I'm a fan by the way.
My answer was from Greece(the country), Which from now on you should call Hellas because thats its real name. Remember, both Phoenix and Dragons derive from the Greek (Hellenic) mythology and thats where they took their names from.

The Phoenix. But if it were at all possible I would keep the Phoenix and add a male, and female dragon, and give them plenty of space. I love them both

Phoenix's I think, because it gives the idea of reincarnation. Gives the message that after the storm, there is still the sun. Of course, I like better the unicorns, but phoenix's come the secons.

I would say Phonix's because there tears heal wounds and that is the most beautiful powerful thing ever. Not exactly but I think its cool, Dragons are cool because some can turn to stone and you can ride on them but I still say pheonix's.
