I have a brand-new car with only 1,500 miles on it and we got our first now fall this season and today I started my car and snow started coming through the vents. Is this normal?

yes if the vents haven't been closed off to the outside air. Most vehicles have a setting or a switch that lets you decide whether the air comes from outside the car or keeps it recycling inside the car. Look in the owners manual and find out how yours operate.Hope this helps

yes it is ,the snow is light enough for the fan to pick it up,once the heater warms up it will melt it before it gets thru the vents
