In other words, there's..."Merry Christmas"....."Happy Hanukah", etc., so what do you say for Ramadan? ----- "Happy Ramadan" ???

Ramadan Mubarak, Ramadan Saeed (pronounced sa'eeid), or simply in English 'Happy Ramadan'
it is a nice gesture and the recipient will appreciate it.

Ramadhan Mubaarak, or Ramadhan Kareem.
Happy Ramadhan is ok, I guess, but never heard anyone say it.

Actually I did that once to a female co-worker. She thanked me, but a male co-worker told me that was rude and shouldn't be done.
