I am almost 38 weeks pregnant, my feet are swollen, I am tired and my c-section is scheduled for 12/15. I found out that my baby is over 6 lbs. 9 oz already. This morning it does feel like she has moved down a lot. I feel a lot of pressure on my pelvic area. And everytime she moves I ffel like I am going to pee my pants..lol I want her to come early. How will I know if she will?

Let me tell you this Alot of pregnacy are different for each woman.

When I was pregnant for my son and I was about to go in labor he stoped moving .. He wouldn't do his normal kick and punch routine ..

I woke up one morning thinking I had to pee and my water broke .. let me tell you a few days before I had to gvie birth my back hurt like the dickens.. worse then before.. It was my body telling me I was close...

Every woman will tell you that she either had back labor or stomache labor or both.. You will know because its this pressure on your lower body .. It almost feels like you have to pee almost...

But like I said each woman is different some women's waters don't even break..

So good luck and I wish you a happy Healthy baby

you don't, lol, they come when they want. You can have fake labor for weeks and that heavy feeling for weeks.
