Sinestro, he can use the ring to reveal her position (or even make himself invisible, if he wanted to)
His power-ring force fields are considerably stronger than any mutant or altered human force fields- the Invisible woman would be straining to keep that field up after a few minutes of attacks. Besides, he's WAY more ruthless than Sue Storm. Sure, her Malice persona might be an interesting fight, but that's not the matchup we're looking at.

The Invisible woman switches over to her Malice persona, and Sinestro drools and thinks about how long it's been since he got some. With his puny physique and cheezy mustache the last female to look at him with love in her eyes was his mother. Meanwhile, Malice erects a protective force field around herself ans simulaneously puts and invisible bubble around Sinestro's head and hurls invisible daggers at him from every direction. Sinestro turns up as so much ground beef.

Invisible woman.
1- sinestro can't see her.
2- even if she didn't use invisibility against him her powers would demolish him.
She couldn't get through her force fields and could just pound away at him.
Sinestro is used to fighting weak *** green lantern's who have a built in weakness to his powers.

Who would win??? Sinestro obvisley cos the invisable woman sucks. She couldent fight her way out of a wet paper bag.
