open U r PC cabinet and some socket is loose specially Ur hard disk socket tight that
i think this problem u r facing.
one more thing is
use booteble CD and copy all files in CD

Make sure you actually have scsi drives, and that an optional controller didn't somehow get enabled. If you do have SCSI drives, make sure the connectors are 100% seated, and the terminator is seated properly. SCSI is a pain to set up, but far superior to any other interface on the market. Perhaps if you post some info about your machine (aka brand, controller brand, model) you could get faster help.
Reinstalling windows isn't always the answer. Try asking for help on a SCSI forum, before using that last ditch option.

Press Del/F2/F10 when system starts,
In that in the firs/second menu check that your harddisk is detected, if detected , goto second menu/boot menu, set the boot order to HDD, CDROm, Floppy Respectively. Then press F10, Then Enter, The sys gets restarted and you won't get that next time.
orelse check the cable within u r cpu cabinet.
