I often wonder why UFO photographs/film are such poor quality. I have seen 2 objects in the sky both during the day, unfortunately I didn't have a camera with me. The first in 1955 at around 4.15 pm when a bright light followed by four RAF jets flying behind streaked across the sky from SE to NW - reported in UK newspapers, and the second in 1966 I think - when my husband called me to the window to watch a bright tadpole shaped light with a glowing front end and a fluorescent blue/green tail travel from SE to NW up the River Dee estuary in Cheshire - not that fast, and not that high because the clouds were low that day and it was lighting them up as it passed through. It was seen on Anglesey in North Wales and eventually it exploded over woodland in Northern Ireland and this was recorded by a man recording bird song. Neither my husband or I believe in UFOs!!!! If I had had a camera neither objects would have been blurred!!!

Why is it that when someone takes a photo of the space shuttle, it's always crystal clear, but UFO's are always out of focus? And why are the videos always so shaky? I think the first one is someone taking a video of Venus after a tequila binge. All of these photos could be natural phenomena.

Erm. If they are are unidentified then we don't know what they are. I've seen a lot of people use the letters UFO to mean alien spacecraft bt it means what it says - Unidentified Flying Object. So once someone can tell you what they are they cease to be UFOs.
