I just finished watching Kekkon Dekinai Otoko and was pleasantly surprised. Any suggestions for me?

I don't have TV now, but last year when I did, I used to watch Abarenbo Shogun. I couldn't understand what they were saying most of the time, but basically somebody is plotting against the Shogun/country. The shogun sends out his spies and uncovers the plot. Then at the end he goes on a killing rampage, and kills about 50-60 evil samurai. Then he wipes his sword with a handkerchief and tosses the hankie in the air. But there's never any blood on it! Dunno how that works. Anyway, it was good TV.

Wait...dunno if this counts as a drama. Oh well. I still recommend it.

I just watched the series "Shogun". I thought it was pretty interesting. It has four DVD epidodes, and it takes place in the Samurai Japan. I rented them from Netflix.com. I really enjoyed them. Each episode is about 2- 2.5 hours long. Hope u enjoy them!

I forget the name but it's about fictitious people who work at Hon-Ikegami police station. There were others I preferred in the past. but they have gone off the air.

Which is YOUR favorite?
