Well, they are eukaryotic and bacteria are prokaryotic.

Hi,

both at cellular level are single celled. but, fungi are eukaryotes and bacteria are prokaryotes. even-though the fungi are single celled like bacteria they have all the characteristics like all other eukaryotes, like, have definite nucleus, nucleolus, membrane bound organelles etc structurally and the molecular processes like, post translational modifications, telomere DNA replication etc which are not showned by the single celled bacteria.
