Yes. Where are you from? I ask this because some cultures in the world don't respect women's freedom of choice, rights, etc.. So it may, for us in the Western world, to say ya baby, go for it...divorce da bum.....However, there are some middle eastern countries where attempting just that could get you killed.
You have the moral and ethical right, yes! Hopefully you're somewhere that you also have the legal right.

Simple, if she is not happy with her husband, take Divorce. All cultures and all religions in the world have given this write to take Divorce if she is not happy with her husband. But it is not acceptable to have love or other relationship before taking Divorce.
