No, the government should use the money to help the poor people who have been robbed, burgled, attacked in the street and otherwise suffered at the hands of these drug takers. Remember that a drug addict is an addict by choice, they knew what they were doing. Their victims had no choice. Remember without drug takers there would be no dealers.

A drug dealer is often just a medium between an addict and his addiction. They often deceive and overcharge their customers but those people were not coerced into buying drugs from drug dealers. Really though, not all drugs are the same: marijuana, LSD, DMT, and shrooms are not especially addictive, particularly when compared to drugs like heroin and meth, and legal drugs like tobacco and alcohol. This would be like demanding tobacco companies return all their profits to smokers. It's not going to happen
