Been on the phone all day to solicitors that arent doing their jobs properly.......

They are the most useful, idle minded lazy people I know.....

Anyone else found this to be the case ?

they did all the hard work at college, memorizing those big books of law,
now they don't know how to operate in the real world so they just hide behind idleness and laziness
their legal secretaries do all the real work.

No, but I do find that a lot of clients seems genuinely surprised to find out that you do have other cases as well as theirs, and that you don't work for free...

All well and good slagging off solicitor`s etc .
But rest assured you WILL ring them when you are in trouble !!!!

If you have had a bad experience with a solicitor then report them to the senior partner at the practice ..........
