I've been on both sides of the gender fence. I've yet to really see a difference in the shape of the toilets. Just no urinals in the women's restrooms.

in public toilets or in restauants and pubs, the male's toilets usually have urinals as well as the stalls(with the nnormal toilet inside.

They're not, women's washrooms don't have urinals, so they're not quite the same. If however you are talking about commodes, then yes they are.
