The molecular and cellular component don't just relate to the properties of tissue, they are directly responsible for the properties of tissue. The molecular properties of the cell involve which genes are "turned on" and therefore which proteins are being made, which in turn provide cellular properties in that the proteins perform either signaling or direct modification of other proteins as well as other components of the cell, including what the cell is secreting, adherins which are necessary in forming cell to cell contact and thus forming tissue in the first place.

The problem is that your question is very general. A better question might be, how do the molecular and cellular components contribute to the tissue property of muscle tissue, or any other specific tissue.
