It isnt life is a highway, but thanks for the try, I have looked at the soundtrack and it is not on it, its country ....so maybe I can find it , thanks though. Oh and yeah Im old enough to appreciate a good movie, even when it is with my son.

It could be Behind the Clouds - this website lists all the songs on the soundtrack, but doesn't mention that scene.

That would be " Life is a Highway" from Rascall Flatts. You can find it on cmt.com. By the way, to the woman that answered you after me, adults like that movie better than kids.
