Truth is what you know deep down inside as what you truly believe. Not something you've been told, or taught. It's something that you might fight against or put in the back of your mind, but it always comes back to the surface. Listen to yourself, you already know what truth is.

Truth is what we believe it to be. Fact runs parallel with truth, but each person has their own perception of a particular truth, based on information and evidence. From Wikipedia; TRUTH~ Common dictionary definitions of truth mention some form of accord with fact or reality. There is, however, no single definition of truth about which scholars agree, and numerous theories of truth continue to be widely debated. Differing opinions exist on such questions as what constitutes truth, how to define and identify truth, what roles do revealed and acquired knowledge play, and whether truth is subjective, relative, objective, or absolute.

“If you always tell the truth you never have to remember what you said.”

“It's not hard to find the truth. What is hard is not to run away from it once you have found it.”

“There is no truth, only human opinion.”

“The smile on your face lets me know that you need me, there's a truth in your heart that says you'll never leave me, and the touch of your hand says you'll catch me whenever I fall.”

“Truth fears no question.”

“Truth -- An ingenious compound of desirability and appearance.”

“Truth, like gold, is to be obtained not by its growth, but by washing away from it all that is not gold.”

Truth is a concept and not reality, because truth must not change and anything and everything in reality is subject to change in due course of time!! However, we have to deal with relative truths.... that is to say those phenomena that do not change in the time frame of our own horizon.

"The truth" is reality: an Independantly existing natural world.
Truth acts like a predicate when classifying propositions that actually refer to states of affairs.

Truth is how we think we see and understand things, our life etc. Reality is how things actually are. One is illusion, the other is enlightenment.
