Easy everyone. Tobey is still Spider-Man in the third movie.
Where did you hear he's not doing it anymore?
[UPDATE] It's only a possibility that he won't continue. They have to wait until the 3rd one's completely done before they move onto casting for #4.
If anything, though, it'll be Kristin Dunst (MJ) who won't be coming back.

Overkill if they make another spiderman movie. The scenes for MJ were stupid. I don't even like her as an actress.

I think he's ok for Spidey. He's just on the edge of nerdy and cool, just where Peter Parker needs to be for us to buy him as Spidey.
I just don't want Jake Gyllenhall to replace him, who I heard was considered for Spiderman when Tobey was injured before filming Spidey 2. Jake is a bit homely.
