or when youre say, 6 mopnths prego, it doesnt have to be so full cuz the baby is bigger? I ask cuz I had my first ultrasound and it was painful cuz I had to pee so bad, then theyre pressing down nice and hard. All I could do was hold my bladder and they didnt show me any pictures or nothing afterwards....so I missed everything!!

It's only early scans (routinely around 12 weeks in the UK) that need a full bladder. You don't need a full bladder for later ones at 20 weeks and beyond because, as you say, the baby is bigger and everything has expanded and is easier to see.

I've had 3 ultrasounds (going for my 4th today) the 1st two were vaginally the others weren't and I have never been asked to have a full bladder in order to get them done.
