On a more serious note, that would almost certainly kill you, since the alcohol would be so rapidly absorbed by your colon (about 10 times more rapidly than if you drank the alcohol). Deaths have been caused by alcohol enemas/colonics, so I strongly advise against this.

No, because colonics flush from your system, not add to it. Your kidneys and blood stream wouldn't have enough time to absorb enough alcohol to intoxicate you.
You most likely would have a burning pain in the *** and your excrament would stink to high heaven for days.
