I'm on a Low- fat diet , Can i substitute oranges for tangerines??

if yes , how many tangerines can substitute one orange??

yes you can substitute, one orange equals 2-3 tangerines, depending if it's a meduim orange or a large one

Tangerines are a type of orange. Judging by the size, I'd say two tangerines are about equal to one ordinary orange.
