Buy relaxation and positive type tapes or cds and listen to them with a headset an hour before going to sleep each night, or when ever you feel overy tense. You can let your boss at work know you sometimes need a 15 minute break. Also never let yourself say negative things about you. Repeat the opposite of the bad phrases told to you in childhood. Write them down. Record the possitive sentenses onto a tape and listen to them over and over. It helps to replace the bad phrases with good. also breath slowly- deeply several times a day and say calm..relax...life is gettting better.. Also stop family members when they say anything negative about you. Ask them to please re-frase the statements more positively. We have to train people how to talk to us. It takes practice everyday to learn new ways of thinking and being. It will happen. We become what we tell ourselves we are.
