Oh come on! I wouldn't say Christian Bale was ugly.

Ironically, there is some Biblical truth to your question.
Christians are Christians by God's sovereign "election" of them and the Bible says that He tends to chose the losers of the world. Consider:
"For consider your calling, brethren, that there were not many wise according to the flesh, not many mighty, not many noble; but God has chosen the foolish things of the world to shame the wise, and God has chosen the weak things of the world to shame the things which are strong, and the base things of the world and the despised God has chosen, the things that are not, so that He may nullify the things that are, so that no man may boast before God." - 1 Corinthians 1:26-29
I praise God that I was one of the ugly ones that He chose to believe unto salvation!
Woe to those who are "pretty" now, thumb their nose at God, and will one day see the ultimate ugliness in the Lake of Fire apart from the presence of the Lord forever.

God loves you. He loves you whether you love Him or whether you dont. Many Christians are ugly because although they say they are Christians, they are not. They have only been brought up as Christians but have not met with God and they do not know Him. Born again Christians KNOW God and because the Holy Spirit is in them because they have invited Him in, they become better people.
Christians who have not been born again give born again children of God a bad name because the only thing that seperates them from people who have rejected God is the word "Christian".

Oh my,,what a limited mind you have, you base God's love on peoples "physical appearance"?
As if you think looks means everything.
I for one know lots of Christians and find them just as diverse as any other group.
Some good looking ,,some not. God loves all the same.
Yours is a very bias question

Your question reveals the ugliness of your soul. Have some charity! I was with 3 other Christians last night at a little prayer meeting. All older people, not the best looking but so sincere and kind. God does love them very much - and He loves you too of course.

Ugly people become Christians out of desperation which is ironic because God hates the physically ugly, it says so in the bible.

Christians are so ugly and that is why they need God desperately. And God loves them and me enough to see the beauty in all our weaknesses.

Christians, well, they're complicated. There are few Christians that give all the rest of them a bad name.. Jesus told us that we, as Christans were to 'spread the word' and tell others of the wonder that is Jesus and Heaven. So, to people who devoutly follow their religion, and 'push' at people their views of Christianity... they're only doing so because it's part of their religion.. what makes them a Christian.
BUT.. there are more Christians that don't do this than who do it. I am one of them. I don't push my faith on anyone. If someone asks me something, then I answer it.. but I'm not going to tell anyone that they're going to go to hell if they don't believe what I do.. some people say that makes me a bad christian.. or not one at all.. because my faith tells me that this is what I HAVE to do..
I would rather not.. because it's not my way to force you to beleve someting else. God loves me just as much as he loves anyone.. and God loves Christians.. ugly or not.
