Im 15 and besides for always traveling because my dad is working 24/7 & i have to go to major appearances with him..I also run websites. The problem is, Im stressed out. At most, I work 7 hour days. School not included. But I do some of my work at school from my laptop when ever Im there. So I know Im not like trying to do the impossible, like celebrities often do. (Tyra Banks, Oprah Winfrey, Angelina Jolie, Ashton Kutcher). My life isnt THAT busy, but I still find myself totally stressed. I also have become lazy lately. Does anyone have any ideas that can help me rid myself somewhat of all the stress? Anything that'd boost my energy level? I'd really love to accomplish more in a day. Thank you loves.

Hi. Your question is "how can i stop being stressed out" and I believe that you can stop that by changing your life style into less doing. You know, we are "human beings", not "human doings". I believe that what you call "laziness" is rather a natural response from your body, your body tells you: "Hey, slow down". I believe that it is likely that you have a choice of either slowing down now, or getting slowed down later when your body/health had enough. And then there will be a price on it, for if your body says "Stop" it might do so in the form of a disease. You can also ask your dad if he is truly happy leading a life in which you have so little time for each other. Ask him if he knows the meaning of life. Ask him if he thinks the meaning of life is to work, work, work until you die or get sick or both.

You're only 15 years old; school should be your priority. And it sounds like you are your dad's employee. Something isn't right about this situation. You need time with friends, time to chill, time to enjoy your music, time to be a teenager. Of course you are stressed out!!!!! Your father needs to hire someone (not you) to work for him and he needs to make sure you have a quality life. Where is your mother in this??? Someone needs to make your parents understand how important it is for you to be free to have a more normal life. At your age, it's absolutely necessary that you not have the responsibilities your dad has put on you. Can you get help from a trusted adult, a school counselor perhaps? Your energy level is low because your lifestyle is making you depressed. GET HELP!!!

Buy a dog?

Heh, J/K. Wake up and smell the flowers. Listen to instrumental music. Do some spa or something that helps you relax. Working in front of your computer all day? then you need to set ground for 15 minutes at least. How do you do that? Easy. Take off your shoes and step barefoot on the grass. That will take off most of the radiation acquired during the day due to computer working. Therefore you'll start to feel better.

Stress isn't caused by being busy, it is mostly because by nerves. If you are nervous about something that cause stress, especially with teenagers. Honey, when I was your age I was stressed out about everything from my clothes to my grades. When I was your age my stress reliever was video games and some tension tamer tea (which it still is today), and a little prayer never hurt either.

For energy I would def. say eat more fruits, nuts, and green veggies.

Hope this advise helps.
