If I ever have kids, (and if I have a religion) I'll make sure they know what I'm doing and what the meaning is and are well educated but I'm not gonna confuse them
I had two conservative Christian parents who had the nerve to make me think for the longest time that they're way was right and caused me to have to put up a religious front now I'm glad I can be open about my beliefs but I still fight with my parents over lifestyle(they hate that I smoke), religion and politics theyre probush and proauthority I'm ANTI AUTHORITY I hate the police they have RUINED fun nights with my friends on more than one occasion
but I believe that if you try to push something on your kids you are just setting them up to hold something against you for life I grew up thinking Christianity was the ONLY religion.. then I found out it wasn't and it was a HUGE rellief the lifestyle, beliefs and all that are NOT for me

Yes, Inshallah I will raise my children on my faith... I will try my best to teach them about Islam and help them grow up to be strong, tolerant, peaceful and educated muslims... Nothing forcibly upon them, but I doubt they will ever change their mind to any other faith...

I will raise my children according to my faith if I deem that is the best "thing" that happened to me. If my faith is nothing, why would I want it for my child. I will without doubt to give my child the best - my faith in God.

I will raise them with my faith and teach them all I know. If they wish to keep this faith once they become an adult then I will be pleased and happy
If they choose to leave my faith I will love them and be happy regardless.

i dont
my children dont have a religion as such
they are open to many and i try to teach them about others if i have enough knowledge
they have not taken my own religion ( spiritualism )because they are still not sure what they feel is correct for them
the oldest one has been to my church on a few occasions, the other two are too young to make any decision yet
whatever they decide when old enough .... will be the right choice for them and only them

My wife and I raise our children with the Wicca faith, but we also make sure they are exposed to other faiths so when they are older they can make an informed choice as to which path to follow.

Yes. My faith and what I believe are such a part of me there is no way to raise my children without it.

Yes: On it, within it and for it. More importantly, they'll be raised to understand the whole of the faith and not by picking and choosing what "sounds good" or "works for me."

"You shall teach them diligently to your children, and shall talk of them when you sit in your house, when you walk by the way, when you lie down, and when you rise up". Deut 6:6-8

Yes, I will. It is the only hope my son will have in a lost and weary world.
