Mostly yes.
It always stems from a deep emotional wound, such as rejection by a parent, or child sexual abuse. This sometimes allows demons to enter.
That is why many homosexuals are effimate - it is this spirit which has entered.
This is why we must pray for them but never hate them or scorn them. They are mostly hurting people who need our love and the truth and power of the Lord Jesus Christ.
I say this with authority because I was gay before I was saved 7 years ago.
