I guess this is a homework question...well briefly.

Microbiological would be illness through infection from germs, unseen dangers, as in the common cold flu measles etc.
Genetic would be passed through family from one generation to another through male or female sometimes skipping a generation. This can range from mental health issues to heart and physical illness.
Enviromental. Caused by the enviroment, the main one I can think of would be asthma related to bad living conditions and pollution.

Microbiological: caused by germs in air or touch or testing food or water for contamination, mould or something like that..
Genetic: caused by heritage what you inherit..
Environmental: caused by living conditions etc.
