I am on a healthy diet and I exercise, I have to ask if eating too many apples is a bad thing? Is it true that if you eat too many apples every day, the sugar in it will turn into fat, fat, FAT. But I always thought that apples are ALWAYS good, so, I hope somebody answers me.

Eating 3-4 apples a day. Good thing or a bad thing? Is it too much or could I eat more? Is it just right? Because I love apples! And I don't only eat apples, okay? lol cause I don't want answers telling me it's bad to eat apples only, I already know that. My diet is healthy.

Apples are good for you. And the pectin in them keeps you regular as well. I bet you've noticed that haven't you? Theyre a good replace ment for candy too.

A lot of anything is not good for you..keep in mind moderation. Discuss your plans for a diet/exercise regiment with a medical professional. Apples are good for you but yes they contain a lot of natural sugar. Remember to brush your teeth and again everything in moderation.

So, you're an apple lover. My husband also loves apples but not that much. I had read an article recently about tthe apple. Facts about apple is it contained "sorbitol" it is a kind of sugar that could not easily digest by our digestive system but don't worry, it will not turn into "fat, fat, fat". Guess what will happened into that sugar?... It will make you "fart, fart, fart" - it's true... try to observe yourself.

its not a bad thing no...this is natural sugar thats in the apple...and not added sugar...and its healthy...but dont over-eat apples hehehe ...i think more than 4 apples would be a lot during the day....i think ur doing fine and its healthy :)

It isn't bad. Like Kasper said, it's natural sugar that comes from the fruit itself and not processed suger that the companies and stuff add. Besides, you can stay pretty healthy just by eating 2 or so. Also, the more fruits you eat, the better. : )

You could very well eat even more apples than that.....I do and FAT I' m not :-)

Take the middle road.
Maybe your body is telling you something. 3 or 4 is not too bad.

its is very good....i am _a week now_ in the apple diet and i see incredible change...eat as many apples us you want.......
