when relieving yourself in public toilets don't you care that a small minority of men might look at you?i'm pretty sure most people mind thir own business,but shouldn't they have walls or something

not have them to save some money, but mainly
to avoid cleaning difficulties.

cuz they've lost something so important: modesty. When someone loses their modesty, or shyness, their morality soon follows. I think the different places all around the globe show that pretty clearly.
