If it was an accident then your heart would stop about a third of the way down..if you had rods in your feet and you landed on your feet the rods would come out through your shoulders

It depends on the direction of wind, wind speed, body weight, their position when they jumped/fell, the type of building (different buildings have different height measurements for each floor, which determines the actual distance from the point the person jumped/fell to the ground), whether or not the person has any clothes on/the types of clothing, weather, air conditions, the condition of the ground (whether it is soft, or not), and many other factors that could mean the difference between death and paralysis.

It would take one onethitysecond of a second. But then your spirit goes to the after life and you are put to work sorting out what went wrong so you can be reborn in 45 days. Unless you did it on purpose then they punish you by making you go back and relive the death event 10,000 times in slow motion so that the death takes two or three hours. Not a pleasent thought.

Only a miracle can save a person in that case. It will medically die instantaneously although some parts of the body might still be alive for a short time.

Taking into account wind resistance its impossible to calculate how long it would take to die but I can guarentee that provided you landed on your feet your ******** would be the last thing to pass through your mind.

You'd die as soon as you hit the ground. If they landed on their feet, their legs would be crushed, and THEN they'd die.

Doesn't matter how they fell or how long it takes. The fall doesn't kill you, it's the sudden stop.
