Good answers evryone.. but keep in mind all he has to do is be in the top 35 in owner points .. after race 5. So the first five races will be the determining factor in this.. if he can make the first five races and finish good enough to gain that coveted top 35 position he will be fine if not it will be hard to dig his way out of that .. new teams come with new problems.. so all the Mikey fans keep and eye on the first 5 events and the owner points after them. If he can do this chances are pretty good he'll stay there and then he can concentrate on race setups more than just going fast for 2 laps. I like Mikey because hes a trip he makes me laugh with his silly ads and Inside Nextel Cup show. Hes been around this sport all his life.. so hes not gonna lay down for anyone. Between him a DJ theres so many years of experience.. granted DJ isnt what he used to be but who will be when their his age.. he races smart most Sundays tries to bring the car home in one piece even though sometimes it doesnt happen. He knows when he has a car that can get the job done then he races alot harder.. remember Talladega.. so I think if he misses any it wont be as many as this year and hopefully he wont miss any at all .

He will be lucky if he can at least make 25 races, lets face it he sucks as a driver and if he was not such a good *** kisser he would have been out of this sport 20 years ago. Yes he has 4 carrer victories but lets remeber he was hired by big E to help littile e win some races and that helped him win some.

He will probably miss a race or two because he has to become adjusted to the Camry. He missed a couple of races in '06 and see the same in '07.

I like Mikey...but he will probably not make all the races next year. And I have serious doubts that he will ever win another one.

I hope he does well. It really take a team effort to consistanly place well each week. One cog having an off week can ruin a season quickly if you consider how many cogs in a team there are.
