Not unless you have a sign on your house telling them to go away or something.

You have to have a no trespassing or no salisitors sign...

otherwise they can drop buy any time they whant...

only gets to count as harassment if they do it exsesivly.

I just kinda open the door.... look at them... and shut it again... lol

Once I asked them if they like clone themselfs or something, sence i keep seeing the same two guys like everywehre i go (least it looks like them)... they just gave me an odd look... and then started there speech like i hadn't said anything.. so i shut the door.....

I live in a VERY Mormon town. In 6 years, they've not knocked on my door once. I think they got the word on where I live from the Jehovahs Witnesses and just stay away.

Kinda sad actually. I DO so love religious debates with people who have their heads so far up in the heavens that they're no earthly good...

I'm not sure if they are breaking any privacy or trespass laws. Clearly they are delusional so they should probably be institutionalised rather than arrested.

It is harassment if they insist on entering when you have clearly said that you're not interested. I actually let them in once and sat there quietly till they asked me a question....I then told them I was Buddhist and I haven't seen them since...I think they're still running north....the look on their faces made my day...I still get a giggle when I think about it.....funny thing is I'm actually Buddhist....didn't get a chance to explain the truth of it to them ....shame really.....

I don't think there's any law that says they can't knock on your door. Just answer the door naked. That'll scare them away.

I have a sign on my gate that says no soliciting. If they try to try to solicit then they're trespassing and can be arrested. If you have no posted notice you may as well have up an invitation.

I will ring your doorbell and run away!!!

No, it isn't harassment. Everytime they've knocked on our door they have been very polite.

They wouldn't do it if it was against the law...
Also, the church is changing it now to where they mostly only go to peoples homes who have contacted the missionaries or have been referred by members.
All you have to do is say "no thanks", you don't have to be rude.

No, but you can always just ignore them or tell them to go away.
