Chicken, tuna, turkey, salmon, cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, nuts, hummus, veggies, peanut butter, whey protein powder, beans, lentils, soy (tofu, edamame, soy beans), shrimp, eggs, cheese, brown/wild rice, quinoa. The list goes on and on, but go to your grocery store and explore what it has to offer you. You'll find sooo many high protein, low carb options. Good Luck!
