Chicken, tuna, turkey, salmon, cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, nuts, hummus, veggies, peanut butter, whey protein powder, beans, lentils, soy (tofu, edamame, soy beans), shrimp, eggs, cheese, brown/wild rice, quinoa.
