Try a Selenium based shampoo like selsum blu or T-gel...this will usually clear it up.
Or you could just try switching to a different (perhaps more moisturizing) shampoo. I suggest Pantine Pro-V Total Care

wash with some good dunderf shampo
masage the scalp gently
dont wash with hot water,cold os best if you can do with it
befor you shampo aply some oranjuce and rub your scalp with it

They're probably not pimples, but clogged sebacious oil glands. Make sure your hair is clean and you use a shampoo for oily hair.
