Do you mean *leaving* London before 9am, or *arriving* in Manchester before 9am?
If it's the former, then the answers are as posted elsewhere in this thread, if the latter, the first train from London Euston is at 06:20 Mondays to Fridays, due into Manchester Piccadilly at 08:48.
There are *no* trains at weekends that will get you into Manchester before 9am at present, due to Engineering Work.

The first train out of london euston to manchester is around 0630 and every 30 mns after that
