Fiat is 2 years now they stared to make electric cars and they sell a lot all over Europa because you do not need a driver license and they are pollution free and even the kids over 14y/0 they drive to school.

not sure, but I have heard it is electric..I prefer gas powered vehicles, but what do I know, right?
