First you have to find out what exactly makes you feel like this. Ask yourself why? Why I'm feeling down and depressed? When you will find out what it is then go and change it! When the problem will disappear from your life then living should be some easier and once you gain more self respect everything will go better. Make some kind of realistic plans for future and don't be afraid to set goals. If you are unhappy with your work you can for example go to school and just do as well as you can and take some other degree.

Life is not always easy, but you have to be careful that you don't make it more difficult what is really is. Suicide is not an answer to anything and what it really helps if you will just be dead??? You will have time to remain dead even if your life will be ended natural way so don't hurry with dying... so try to think positive and forget such a thoughts.

Advice: Are you a perfectionist and that's why annoyed of everything what you do and what's happening? If answer is yes. Do something for the characteristic.

if you think you cannot survive alone talk to your teacher, parents, good friends, doctor etc.

There are many reasons why this may be.

The key thing to do is step back from the situation, go and take a walk and enjoy the view of the surroundings. Too much introversion into thoughts and other past situations is keeping you from seeing the current reality of the physical universe. By taking a walk, looking at things, touching objects, you will feel a bit more there.

I would suggest not drinking, seeing a psychiatrist or taking drugs, none of them are the right answer and sometimes it is these things which cause suicidal tendencies.

I would suggest confronting your situation, figuring out what exactly is going from in life and who is the cause of it and then figure out how to change things for the better.

Worrying about the past is not the right action. Dreaming about things is also not going to work. We need physical universe, hands-on attention to the problem.

This is a start, hope it helps. There is a stable datum I know whenever I am in a state of confusion where random particles seem to be everywhere with no order. The solution is to find one thing, one particular and focus on that, put order in that, then with that now in order, it creates a bit of a stable point. Then grab the next particle and handle it. Eventually order is returned and confusion stops.

R.E.L.A.X.
Reconnect with friends and family.
Expect nothing from nobody.
Love yourself above all.
Arrange to do things that you like.
XXXX kiss people that you love and remember there is always someone that is in a worst situation than you.
Volunteer yourself for worth causes to you, maybe the local children's hospital needs someone to read for the kids, give yourself, make yourself useful to things and people that you care.
Talk to friends/family about your feelings, do not bottle up them.
If you got too much on your plate, start delegating few things to others, you will be surprise how people can help. Do not be scare to ask for help. Stretch your body, feel your muscles and a bit of crosswords never killed anyone, and can be great for your mind. Do things one at the time, do not push yourself anymore than you already did. Good luck.

Get help. Call a crisis line, go to the ER. Tell someone, a family member or friend. PLEASE go to a therapist, if not a therapist then any doctor. Reach out. Please do not hurt yourself, REACH OUT. Imagine the sorrow this would bring to your loved ones. Suicide is final!!! No problems solved that way, only creates more problems, both emotionally and psychologically for loved one, imagine their guilt. GET Help, things will get better. This is life, not a soap opera. Best of LUCK.

Hi cheer up , we all care for you . More than that God cares for you .

If God had a refrigerator,
your picture would be on it.
If He had a wallet, your photo would be in it.

He sends you flowers every spring.
He sends you a sunrise every morning.
And a sunset every
evening.

If God took vacations,
He'd take His with you.
He's with you every second of every day.

He wrote His songs just for you,
and created the birds to sing them.

Whenever you want to talk, He listens.
And He hears your every word.

He can live anywhere in the universe,
yet He chooses
your heart.

Face it friend ...
He is crazy about you!
