what i did was cut down on sugar, make sure and try to eat healthy,,,, exercise each day, even if its dancing or jogging around during tv commercials, and i would fast one day a week, to clear out my system, i would only have liquids, broth , tea, etc,,
i have gone from a size 14 to a size 8, during the last 11 months, i really didnt cut out any particular foods, in fact i found that if i would eat a heavy meal, that would fill me up, till time for the next meal, or till the next day, if it was dinner,,,,,,also, besides calories, watch sodium levels of foods, eat out or packaged, especially, this is good to do any way, but the sodium causes water retention,,,
for some odd reason, kinda like the subway guy, lol, what i have used for a meal,, if i wasnt cooking, or for lunch when out working, was a Burger King small hamburger, and unsalted fries, its fillling, i didnt want snacks, and ive lost weight!

Very low calorie diets or fad diets tent 2 lead 2 d yo-yo phenomenon, in which people lose weight, then quickly regain all they've lost and more. The additional weight is often even harder 2 shed.

First off, crash diets fail. Just cut down on your portions and beware of your caloric, fat and sugar intake. Opt for the same favorite foods, but the low-cal, sugar free and diet versions. It'll take some getting used to(especially diet soda)-but you'll see the difference in your waistline....Exercise also helps-even if you go on a 20 minute walk 3 times a week....Good Luck...

You never diet to loose weight. your body goes into starvation mode and hangs on to the fat and makes you crave carbs, fats and sweets. So, the goal is to change small things and keep them changed. A life style change. It must be reasonable and satisfying. Shop with this in mind. Buy veggies and fruits and healthy snacks knowing that you will go home and slice and peel and make these into portion sizes to grab and take with you so it is convenient. We eat junk because it is easy. So, make your good snacks easy too. Then replace the soda with water, gradually cut out the soda completely and have one maybe every day then down to a week and so on. Don't try to do it all at once. Soda, especially diet has chemicals in them that make us crave them, they are addicting. Honest to God! That's why people buy big macs and then drink diet soda.
Then eat smaller portions, i use a smaller plate. It holds enough for me. Meat portions should be no larger than your palm. Then veggies are the rest of the meal. I cut out potatoes, I have them occasionally because I know they put fat on me. I don't eat bread very often unless it's whole grain. My cereal is whole grain and I don't have a huge bowl anymore, I have half a bowl and the whole grain ones are filling. always have nuts, raisins, apples banannas around and have this instead of cakes and cookies and chips. Make a trail mix with the things you like in it and put it in the fridge in baggies and grab them when you are in a rush. The planning and shopping is really the key to making it work. always have something good and healthy around. don't buy the junk. Prepare for your health the way you do for a date or any special occasion. You are worth it. Protein shakes are great too, mix them with fruit and maybe some flaxseed or psyllium to fill you up longer and get the fiber in you. fiber is filling and very good for the elimination of waste from the body. i m a size 4 but trying to get to a size 2.i eat plenty of fruits and vegetables,some dark chocolate everyday and atleast one helping of fish.its been a week and i have lost 2 pounds.
i jog for an hour thrice a week.
