First of all, don't freak out. Secondly, moderate exercise and a healthy diet will be the best bet for you. You're young so your body is going to keep changing and throwing you curveballs until you're 20-22 yrs. old, so keep in mind that you're going to be a work in progress until then, and really for the rest of your life. The human body is Always changing, we ARE a state of flux, so don't beat yourself up over it. Just figure out a healthy eating plan and exercise routine that you can get into and stay with. Maybe have your parents/guardian/teacher or older friend(s) help you do some research online, although at 14, you probably know more about the internet than most adults!! LOL, anyway, don't look for quick fixes, 99% of the time they are unsound approaches and do not work long-term anyway!!! YOU CAN DO THIS!!! I wish you the best!!!

If you have a curvy shape then trust me that is FANTASTIC!!
Sit ups are the best way to sort your stomach.But to prevent the masculine look when doing you sit ups don't come all the way up and tense you stomach muscle whilst doing you sit ups,
Make sure you do the sides as well.
For the lower part of your stomach lift you legs up and cross them and do sit ups that way.
Hope it goes well Chick but i'm sure that you will and do look fine
Also a tip is to make sure fruit and vegatables make up 70% of your daily diet.
CUT DOWN-WAY DOWN on Fried,convience,high slt and hogh sugary foods

At the age of 14 it is normal that your body is expanding... wrking against is unhealthy... however... you should put emphasis on physical fitness and a healthy diet... burn those carbs girl

get involved in sports at school or after school program.and don't worry to much as you grow taller you may thin out some but its all ways good to eat healthy and keep active. And have fun doing it.

jus cut down all ur junk food and do some jumping exercise for a while...it worked...experience cannot be purchased coz i did it...it really works....and also do some stretch exercises....ull feel tired and u will wanna quit the next day,but if u quit it, ull gain waight again....it really really works...pls use the advice wisely....
