is there something i can buy that will stop me from sweating this much? I need to be able to buy it in australia.

its not jsut when im nervous - its all the time.

I used to sweat excessively and it caused embarrasment when I got wet patches on my clothes.
I used a strong anti perspirant called mitchum. It itches a bit but works well. Ask your pharmacist for the equivalent where you live.
More importantly, I discovered that most of my sweating was caused by nervousness. I used to lack confidence and get nervous about all kinds of situations. By facing up to them and taking part in new things I have learned to be more confident and my sweating has decreased a lot!
