Hello,
The answer is only once in 12months, the pnuemonia jabb given on the NHS via a GP or family doctor is only designed to boost immunity to those people over 65yrs who would otherwise be more vulnerable to infection. In other words its a safe guard its an attempt to prevent infection.
**Given more often its not proven that any extra benefit would be gained.

Hi a Pneumonia jab is given only once and should last for life, for the over 65,s I work for the NHS and that is the guideline we have been given for the moment.
