Great answers, but don't forget:

USA: the thousands of martial artists whose techniques are so superior to anyone else's that they created their own systems -- generally labeled kenpo/kempo -- that are actually cobbled together bits of other styles. GO USA!

Disclaimer: this is not a reflection on all people who have created legitimate new styles, or upon practitioners of any kenpo/kempo styles as many of those style are also quite legit. On the otherhand, if the shoe fits....
