A long sleep always works for me. Keep away from alcohol and (I-can't-believe-I-am-saying-this) have a good cry.

Well maybe if you live near a beach go for a walk
Or just sit and watch the water its peace and can take way stress
Or sitting in front of a fish tank watch the fish is good
Maybe you just need to get away from it all you could go for a drive, or just find a spot away from every one can do it to
Maybe a quite walk may do the trick there are plenty ways to
de-stressed yourself
May God bless you

I find running is a fab way of de-stressing. Its great to just go out and run with the wind in your hair and not worry about anything. If running isn't your cup of tea, you could always try a temple massage with some lavender oil. Its lovely and relaxing. I've heard that sex is always good, although that might just be an excuse for some extra nookie!!!

Take a depth breath, hold for few second and release. Continuously do it for few time.

Yoga is an art; you must accept it and put more attention/ awareness on the pain. Enjoy the pain

Meditation is supposed to be a great stress reliever, but what always helps me is playing one of those video games with the fake guns that you shoot at the screen. Games like Area 51. Shooting aliens always makes me feel great!

Listening to relaxing music. Classical, New age, easy listening. David Lanz, Andreas Vollenweider are good ones.
Looking at art pictures.

Lay flat at the bottom of your bathtub and let the very warm shower soothe you. Just let it rain down on top of you. It may take a half hour to get total bliss.

Good red wine, a quiet candle lit room, and a nice comfortable chair.

Go for a long walk. Without music, because all you have is you and your thoughts. It really clears your head when you think too much. Works for me.
