Have yourself a big fry-up for breakfast, avoid caffeinated drinks like coffee because they'll further dehydrate your brain tissue, and drink lots and lots of water. You might also consider buying some re-hydration powder that you dissolve in water and drink; you'll find that at your local chemist or at Boot's. If you also have a headache, try Nurofen as it's less harsh on the old tum than aspirin. Hope you're feeling better soon!

Don't take asprin. If you need a pain reliever take ibuprofen. Asprin is hard on your liver and your liver is busy processing the alcohol that is in your body right now. You don't need the added strain on your body.
Gatorade is good for electrolytes which help rehydrate you, but it's full of sugar. The sugar adds to a hangover and also gives you a tummy ache.
Drink lots and lots of water and make sure to stay hydrated. If you feel like you need the extra electrolytes try pedia-lyte (it's for dehydrated babies) it's got less sugar.

Try a Berocca tablet (a fizzy vitamin b tablet you dissolve in water). And drink as much water as you can handle - force it down, it is not that hard to swallow.
Tomato juice followed by an egg and bacon roll and if this does not work get into the fried dim sims with tomato sauce.
But seriously TIME is the only real cure

Orange juice and a fry up for breakfast and regular coffee during the day. Also, try Milk Thistle (I think Boots sells it, or Holland And Barratt)and eat loads of carbs!!

the age old question , personally rehydration is your problem loads of water and carbohydrates , toast, bacon sarnie, fry up , prairie oyster , whatever but it ain't quick you'll find it takes about 5-6 hours and you'll still be suffering the effects of the overdose of alcohol, happy sobering from one who has tried everything in his time

Water and time. If you have a headache, then you might consider some tylenol or aspirin. Time will allow your system to clear out the alcohol, and water because the alcohol dehydrates you.

drink water, lots of it, Avoid anything fatty, the metabolism will attack the fats and not the alcohol so it will prolong your sobering up! Contrary to popular beleif, fry ups and bacon sarnies are not the answer!
