we got engaged march 28, 2006 and chose our wedding date according to the lunar schedule... we got married june 28, 2006...

You need to set the date far enough out that you have time to plan your wedding or maybe the date you chose was special. I just got engaged in Nov. 2006 and my date is in October 2007 which is our 10 year anniversary. Just choose a date that will be best for you and your partner

I am getting married 10/20/2007. We picked that date because we wanted a fall wedding, 10/20 is sweetest day, and our first day as a married couple will be one year from the day we got engaged.

Our date is July 7, 2007. (The 7s is a big coincidence. )
We got engaged in February 2004. We picked 2007 because we'll both be done with school. We really wanted a 4th of July wedding but since its in the middle of the week we pciked the saturday after which just happened to be all 7s.

LOL....May 9, 2009 :-) We are waiting until I finish nursing school. We've been together for almost 7 yrs already..whats 2 and a half more. We picked this date because i graduate in Dec 08 and it give me a few months to take the liscensure exam and make final wedding plans. Also we wanted a cool day like 5-9-09....(my friends getting married 6-7-08...thats pretty cool)

We got engaged on January 6, 2005 we decided to plan a September 29, 2007 because we love the autumn and so we would have enough time to plan our special day which we are very happy we did.

We're getting married February 16, 2008.
We picked the date because he proposed to me this year on Valentine's Day. It was also my birthday (hehe). Since Valentine's Day is on a Thursday in 2008, we decided to have an outdoor wedding on that weekend, February 16th.

June 15, 2007. We were shooting for the 16th (a Saturday)because of the proximity to my little sister's graduation, but as of March all of the chapels and reception sites in our area were booked for Saturdays through 2007, so we went with Friday the 15th.

We picked that date so my husband-to-be won't forget our anniversary. Yea, sounds kind of silly but i always dreamt of a wedding on the Day of Love.

I was married last year, 9/24/05. We picked that date because it was almost one month after my birthday (8/23) which is one month after my husband's birth date (7/23). We didn't get married on 9/23 because we wanted a Saturday wedding and didn't want to wait a whole 'nother year.
My cousin is getting married next year, 7/7/07. They picked it because it's all 7's across the board.
