You were close, the word is suppository. They are generally bullet shaped. Unless it's a regular pill that you were planning to shove up your butt, then it's still a pill, no matter where you shove it.

Well, this answer's pretty well done. I wish I could recall the citations for a couple of studies that showed it's better to insert rectal suppositories blunt-end-first. Oh, the advances of modern medicine!
