it's really pretty and has lotsa colours in it when u shine it towards the light.
although i dun mind fake ones... diamonds means u can afford beauty and wealth.
and usually if a guy gives it would symbolise true love as... well.. he spend so much money to show his love for her.

an incredible adept marketing job by these diamond companies to make women THINK they are getting something so rare and beautiful, when the truth is that diamonds are all over the place, plentiful and not rare at all. Its all marketing. You HAVE to get one for an engagement ring or you will be a schlub in her friends eyes. its the biggest scam in the history of man. the fact is--no one can really tell with the naked eye what is a good diamond and what is not. Have you ever heard ANYONE ever look at a girls engagement ring at a party and say--Man, look at all those inclusions, that yellow color, and those imperfections. No, and you never will. The fact is, most women couldn't tell the difference btw a $49 cubic zorc--- ring from the home Shopping Network and a $10,000 diamond. But the marketing industry leads you to believe that you have to spend big money

GO to the Video store and rent Marilyn Monroe's Gentlemen Prefer Blondes.. And I don't think all women are diamond crazy... Although they are lovely, so are Emeralds and Rubies and Sapphires..They are also Precious Gems.......But then again, some ladies like flowers and kitchen utensiles and cars and clothes or shoes or purses...Myself, I love Louis Vuitton Bags and they are just about expensive as diamonds....Women love lots of things........

I like rubies. Have you ever seen Blood Diamond? That's a good movie. You can get legit diamonds... The ones mined in Canada are safe and to be sure, legit diamonds have an engraving.

girls are gulliable . Basically anytyhing that comes their way they love it ,,,,,,,,,,, most of all they love things that doesnt backanswer them ,,,,and diamonds are as inanimate as the girls themselves ,,,,,daimonds were made in the earths core and these women just grab it for the simple reason that they are selfish

Because diamonds are first of all given to women on engagement rings! They represent victory over men (men work for them, we get them as presents!). Scary thought? Well, they're also expensive and sparkle beautifully. *Smile*

Because they always feel that they are beautiful and that they are wortht he most expensive thing that will leave a guy broke quickly, not to mention there are gold lover out there as well. They feel "special" when they get a diamond.
Cubic Zirconia is a great alternative.
