To loose weight u should exercise daily & can prefer cycling.
U should drink a glass of lukewarm water after your meal & should eat a less-calorie diet.I tried all these and I have loosed a lot of weight.

You can do what I'm doing. It's called a water diet. I may sound crazy...but it works. I am an optional gymnast, and keeping my figure is extremely important. Before every meal, drink 8 ounces of water, during the meal drink 8 ounces of water, and after the meal drink 8 ounces of water. By doing this, you not only get the water your body needs to be hydrated, but it also keeps you full, so that you won't feel the need to eat as much (you might actually feel sick, I was the first couple times) but now, Instead of even having a snack, I grab a water bottle, and if I can down all 16 ounces, than I allow myself to eat a little something. Otherwise, I drink the water and let the food go....hope it works for you.

eat more healthy food, like soup in lunch, fruits and light dinner and do yoga, you will definately loose weight, like i have.

The ans. is very obvious diet and exercise, but i think you already knew that. But one thing u will need to have is perseverance because without that your screwed
