NOTHING!!! never ever make the first move. When a guy see's a girl he likes he immediately starts a conversation. Lets assume you two made eye contact (per say) you felt something special, you probably thought to yourself 'oh my he's cute and could possibly be the one”.... right? Well let’s say he made eye contact as well. If he was interested don't you think he would have walked up to you and start a conversation...any conversation... i.e.; "the weather is nice out", "what’s your name?" Anything! But he isn’t so why go after him? I always believed that it’s a guy's job to make the moves.
Why should a woman make the move? When a guy see's a girl he wants, he immediately makes a move before some other dude does. So I suggest you don't make any moves. If you do, you’re only turning him off and showing him you're desperate. So let him make the moves and the only thing you have to do is play it off as if you're not too interested, don't be rude but polite and at the same time careless like you have a line of men waiting for you. Trust me it'll work...patience does it. If not, forget him, there's other dog's 0o0ps I mean fishes in the sea ;)

OMG I was in the same situation when I was younger... I was 16 and in my first after school job and I really began liking this guy who was 19.. he was kind of like my boss but we never really talked because there were sooooo much workers he never had to talk to me personally but anyway later on we started communicating a little bit but nothing happened =( sad I know but now I have my BF so thats cool but yeh that guy at work.. I know if I had of put my shyness aside and spoken to him I could of got a number lol so I say talk to him and see how things go.. dont be shy. Being shy suxxxx!!!! Become his friend and see if you really like him!
Boys are emotionally annoying things but so adorable and amazing to have. Lol they confuse me!

I have a similar situation, yet only opposite. i have a friend for 6 years and we talk all the time....and i have a crush on him and dont know wot to do!!!!
so u see it doesnt matter whether you talk or not- its the fact that crushes make you not know wot u do!!!! gosh, why cant he see anything. stupid boy! i hate him!

Make eye contact and smile.
If you can find something to compliment him on - do it. But be nonchalant about it "Hey *name*, cute shirt." then keep walking.
Boys date girls that they can TALK to. Girls that are approachable.
Be approachable. Smile.
But.. boys.. (Crazy things) also like to chase a little. So don't say Hi EVERY TIME you see him. Make HIM wonder about YOU! :)

Hi! First u start talking to this guy. Be his friend. Ask his likes and dislikes. Then ask him what do he think about u and if u get positive response then directly ask him if he luvs u or not.
